• How much money can a membership save me?

  This all depends on how much you play. The more you play, the more you save! But memberships offer significant value to people using the courts regularly.

  For example, if you were to hire a tennis court for an hour a week for a year at $21 an hour you’d be paying $1,092, compared to an adult membership for $10/fortnight ($260/year.) You’ve already saved $832!

• How long do memberships last?

  All players signing up for a membership enter an initial 12 month lock-in period. Memberships cancelled in the lock-in period will incur a $100 early cancellation fee.

  After the lock-in period, players can cancel their membership at anytime by sending us an email. Players will need to provide 2 weeks notice for cancellation for direct debits to be cancelled.

• What happens once I sign up for a membership?

  You will receive a confirmation email with further information within 10 minutes of signup. This will continue information on how to book courts, utilise your membership and finalize your player account.

• Are there terms and conditions for membership?

• Who can I include under a family membership?

  Family memberships cover all immediate members of your family living in your household. Please make sure you send us their details when you receive your confirmation email to add these to your account.

• Can I change my direct debit details?

  Yes! This can be done via our Customer Portal, which can be accessed here: Customer Portal Login

• Can I bring non-members to play if I'm a member?

  Members may bring along Guests (non-members) to their bookings, however this will incur an additional Guest Fee charge.

  For general court hire, this fee is 50% of the casual court hire fee, which equates to:

  • Tennis Day Hire: $10.50 guest fee.
  • Tennis Night Hire: $12.50 guest fee.
  • Pickleball Day Hire: $8 guest fee.
  • Pickleball Night Hire: $10 guest fee.

  For Social Play Sessions, the guest fees are aligned with the daytime court hire rates:

  • Tennis Social Play: $10.50 guest fee.
  • Pickleball Social Play: $8 guest fee.

  It is a requirement of all memberships for any Guests brought along to be both signed in and paid for either online or on-site at the physical sign in station before commencing play.

• Are there any additional fees involved?

  Total Tennis Lake Macquarie does not charge any additional fees to the advertised membership cost – including no sign up or administration fees.

  The third party payment platform (Payrix) used to collect payments does however charge small surcharge/dishonour fees dependent on the availability of funds in your nominated account and your chosen form of bank account or debit/credit card. To view these, please visit Payrix’s website: Payrix

  We highly recommend using bank account details over a debit/credit card where possible, as unlike cards bank accounts don’t expire, can’t be lost/stolen/hacked and have far lower surcharge/dishonour fees attached to them.
