Was one of your sessions washed out? No problem! Follow the instructions below to book a makeup session instead!
STEP 1: Login to Your Customer Portal Account using the link below:
https://totaltennis.in tennis.com.au/secure/customer/login
If you have forgotten your password, press the RESET PASSWORD option (green circle). Then follow the instructions.
If you haven’t used the portal before, press the SIGNUP HERE option in blue at the bottom. Then follow the instructions.
STEP 2: Access the “Redeem Lesson Credit” section by selecting:
The ENROLMENTS section in the top bar (blue circle in picture).
Then the REDEEM LESSON CREDIT section from the drop down bar (red circle in picture).
STEP 3: Choose your makeup credit to use:
Select the REDEEM FOR MAKEUP LESSON button (orange circle in picture) next to the credit you wish to redeem.
Note: Credits can take up to an hour after you receive the text informing you of the lesson cancellation to appear.
STEP 4: Select your session to use the credit:
Select your preferred venue for the session using the drop down bar on the left (pink circle in the picture).
Then select your preferred date using the drop down bar on the right (purple circle in the picture).
All available sessions will appear at the venue and date below. Select the REDEEM bottom (grey circle in the picture) of your preference.
Note: If there are no sessions available at the venue/date you chose, you can change these as many times as you like by using the drop down bars or the PREVIOUS or NEXT buttons.
STEP 5: Confirm the selected session:
Read over the details you’ve selected for the makeup session and if all are correct select the SUBMIT button (brown circle in the picture) to confirm the booking.
The makeup lesson is now booked and you can close your browser!
If you have another makeup lesson to use, you can repeat the process starting from step 2 to use up any other credits.
REMEMBER: MAKEUP CREDITS AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE AFTER THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS OF THE TERM THEY WERE INCURRED!
